I offer a free 15 minute phone conversation that allows you to ask questions. I enjoy being a part of the initial process, and I will provide referrals to other health care providers if needed. The right fit and feel with the therapist is essential to quality therapy.
Individual therapy:
Short term and long term counseling and therapies adapted to the uniqueness of the person.
Couples therapy: Counseling that emphasizes building awareness, communication, clarity, direction, purpose, and the necessary skills for the relationship to thrive.
Family therapy:Family system consultation, assessment, and counseling. Treatment can include working with both the individual and the family.
Groups:Group therapy for 3 or more people with similar or connected life experiences that are interested in developing greater personal growth.
Sports Psychology and Management of Performance Anxiety: Developing mindfulness around relationships, skills, and safety in highly competitive athletic environments.
Trainings and Workshops: Mindfulness in relational settings. Therapeutic skill sets and cultural considerations for ceremonial healing groups. Understanding trauma and impacts in all settings.
